Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for finding top tech talent? Oscar Recruit is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our Austin office and support our West Coast delivery team. This is an in-office position , and we're looking for someone who's ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You'll play a key part in driving candidate delivery for highly active, fast-moving roles in the tech contract space. If you're organized, motivated, and ready to make an impact from day one, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Candidate Sourcing: Use Boolean search, job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals to identify and engage top-tier candidates.
Screening & Shortlisting: Assess candidates through resume reviews and interviews, aligning them with client requirements.
Process Management: Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and support the hiring process through to placement.
Communication: Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates throughout the process.
Market Insight: Stay updated on tech and contract hiring trends to deliver informed recommendations.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience , ideally within the tech market.
Proven ability to work at pace and fill multiple roles concurrently.
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ambitious mindset and a track record of exceeding goals.
Active, engaged presence on LinkedIn and a focus on building your professional network.
