Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Transportation Broker located in Grand Rapids, MI. The Transportation Broker will be responsible for managing freight brokerage activities, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring timely deliveries. Key tasks include customer service management, freight dispatching, maintaining relationships with clients and carriers, and negotiating rates and services to optimize efficiency and profitability.
