If you are an automotive Service Technician who likes to be busy and productive and is enthusiastic about growing professionally, join our team and help us deliver the kind of service that has made Sparks legendary.We offer: $20 per hour - flat rate5-day work weekMultiple Bays available60 Day Guarantee!Brand-new, state-of-the-art equipment, and toolsMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k)Paid time offEmployee DiscountsState-of-the-art technologyClimate-controlled shopClosed on Sundays to spend time with our familiesResponsibilities - Used Car Service Technician: Perform multi-point inspection and diagnose malfunction(s)Efficiently repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air-conditioning, etc., in accordance with dealership standardsExplain mechanical diagnoses/required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customersProvide an estimate of the time needed for repairsTest-drive vehicles before and after repairsTest components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipmentLearn new technical information and techniques in training sessionsAdhere to company regulations and keep abreast of recalls and updates.Report any damaged or defective equipment to management.Report safety issues to management and ensure a clean working area. Qualifications/Requirements - Used Car Service Technician: At least 2 years of automotive Technician experienceToyota Certification is a big PLUS!Must have mechanical/ troubleshooting skills and the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentAutomotive Service Technicians must be polite, professional, team players and must have strong communication, organizational, and customer service skillsPlease upload your resume.
