**The Utilization Coordinator(Homecare) responsibilities include:**
+ Coordinates utilization appropriateness and admission documentation completeness.
+ Communicates to and educates staff regarding utilization and paperwork issues.
+ One UR will be responsible for a minimum of 100 Medicare Admissions per month.
**Position details:**
+ **Location:** Hybrid - Largo, FL
+ **Status:** PRN, As Needed
+ **Schedule:** Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
+ **Weekend requirement:** Occasional
+ **On Call:** No
**Certifications and Licensures:**
+ Required RN License - Florida
+ Preferred Case Management Certification
**Education:**
+ Required associate's degree in nursing or nursing diploma
**Experience:**
+ Required - One Year Case Management
+ Required - One Year Homecare
