Job Title: Project Manager - Water/Wastewater Services

Location: Los Angeles, CA

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our Water/Wastewater Services team. In this role, you will lead and manage a variety of municipal water and wastewater projects, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Your expertise will help us deliver innovative solutions that enhance community infrastructure and environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and serve as the lead Project Manager on municipal water or wastewater services projects in Southern California.
  • Create project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for projects using lessons learned. Prepare detailed statements of work with associated work breakdown structures and gain concurrence and approval from internal and external stakeholders regarding various project aspects.
  • Assess potential project risks and outline risk mitigation solutions. Ensure adherence to company and project management policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Manage project costs and ensure profitability by identifying, quantifying, and communicating risk (time and cost). Create and review timely client billings with internal billing support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • PMP (PMI), CCM, or DBIA certification required (within 12 months of hire or promotion onto the Approved Project Manager list).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience managing municipal wastewater treatment and/or conveyance projects in Southern California.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.
