We are seeking reliable and friendly Beach Boys to join our team! The primary responsibility of this role is to assist guests at designated drop-off points by helping them unload boats, kayaks, and tubes, ensuring they are prepared for a safe and enjoyable experience on the river.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests at drop-off points and provide assistance with unloading boats, kayaks, and tubes.
• Ensure guests have properly fitted life jackets and other safety gear.
• Provide clear instructions on safety procedures and river guidelines.
• Assist guests with securing their equipment before launching.
• Communicate any safety concerns or river conditions to guests and staff.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of drop-off areas.
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service, answering questions and addressing guest needs.
• Monitor river traffic and assist guests with exiting the river safely when needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be 15 years or older. 
• Previous experience in outdoor recreation or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry kayaks, canoes, and tubes (up to 75 lbs ).
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction.
