In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Power BI, Databricks, and dbt. Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and data modeling
• Experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Analysis Services, and Azure SQL Database
• Familiarity with SSRS, DAX, Power Apps, and data visualization best practices

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand reporting needs
• Use Databricks and dbt to create gold reporting objects for Power BI dashboards
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI
• Create data models and perform data transformations using Power Query and DAX
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data validation and quality checks
• Optimize Power BI reports for performance and usability
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports and dashboards
• Document processes, data sources, and report specifications for future reference

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and data modeling
• Experience with SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices and principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders
